Jack Scholler Equipment has 30 years of experience in the automotive machine shop equipment industry. We have been manufacturing a variety of equipment useful in the automotive machine shop for a number of years.

Currently manufactured automotive machine shop equipment includes: the RP1200 used in grinding and milling cylinder heads and engine blocks, a piece of machining equipment no serious automotive machine shop should be without; its lower end sibling the RP1200M capable of performing the same milling operations as the RP1200; the RTM225, a flexible crankshaft grinder capable of performing a wide variety of operations; the RTM225A, the RTM255's lower end sibling capable of basic crankshaft grinding; as well as several other cutting and grinding machines and storage cabinets useful to the automotive industry.

RP1200 (Grinder) & RP1200M (Milling Only) CYLINDER HEAD AND BLOCK SURFACE GRINDER & MILLING MACHINES

    • RTM225 SERIES CRANKSHAFT GRINDER

    Features a Heavy Duty Head and Tailstock, 4-way Cross-Slide Swing Heads, Quick Lock 360o Heads with Finger Tip Adjustment. Air Float Head & Tailstock.

    RTM225A is ideal for basic crank grinding and can be equipped with a Hydraulic Wheel Dresser.

    FEATURES:
  • Use diamond abrasives (HC-1DP, HC-2DP only)
  • Fast, convenient block rollover fixture.
  • Improve honing speed with use of the friction-feed hone.
  • Allow honing with main caps on or off.
  • Provide greater operator safety.
  • Eliminate the hazards and drugery of hand honing.
  • Provide wet honing capability, 15 gallon oil standard.
  • Make possible greater accuracy and better finish.
  • The Load Meter tells the operator at a glance where the cylinder is tight.
  • The Hone Head rolls laterally on ball bearings for fast, fingertip lateral positioning.
  • Furnished with a 1 3/4" square bar to hold down blocks to be honed with main caps on.
  • Both a momentary "Jog" Button, and a maintained Switch are standard on HC-1 & HC-D only. The "Jog" Button is very valuable for faster and safer set-up.
